# Logo Usage Notes

## Preferred Use

Use `logos/miniflix-logo-white.png` on black, dark gray, dark blue, or dark photographic backgrounds.

Use `logos/miniflix-icon.png` when a square icon or app-style mark is needed.

## Please Avoid

- Do not stretch the logo horizontally or vertically.
- Do not place the white logo on a pale or busy background without contrast.
- Do not recolor the logo unless a specific brand version is supplied.
- Do not crop the logo so tightly that it feels accidental.
- Do not add shadows, outlines, bevels, or effects to the logo.

## Minimum Clear Space

Leave a small margin around the logo equal to at least the height of the letters in the wordmark. More space is better for festival posters, press pages, and sponsor blocks.
